The essence of practice is to continue to do what you can't do well in the comfort zone ,which is called life ,while learning to do things ,which is called learning.

When i prepare for this exchange ,i often recall the book of Cambridge Professional Knowledge and Expert skills Manual .Which records the professional methods of mastering a skill or knowledge .In more than 900 pages of papers ,i deeply understand the importance of learning methods and the mystery of the method itself .Therefore i am full of expectations for this action .

On the first day we arrived ,we visited the famous and ancient Cambridge University .I know little about her ,but i have been attracted by her wisdom and erudition .we were arranged to attend classes in the Departments of Economics and Medicine .Once again , i felt the differences between British and american cultures .American undergraduate focused on advanced theoretical explanations ,while British students were more like apprenticeships ,giving each student the most timely and effective feedback .

At noon we went to the local chinatown and enjoy authentic chinese food .
